Cooperation and communication

BLENDED MOBILITY composed by 4 Transnational Project Meetings, 1 Joint staff Training event, 5 Multiplier Events and a large number of cali conferences.

The participation at the Transnational Project Meetings and Cali conferences is closed exclusively to the partners” staff assigned to the project and it depends also on the involvement of the partners in the task assignment at the moment of the event – usualiy min 1 and max 2 person per partner organization.

The participation at the Joint Staff Training Event is mainly for partner staff taking into account the need to be realiy selective because of the intensive activities and the possibility to receive a certification of attendance to be used to implement the profile of “EUROPEAN START-UP ADVISERS”. Part of the Joint Staff Training Event wili also include the participation of loca I stakeholders coming from the University of Wolverhampton such as students, professors and start-uppers.

The participation at Multiplier Events is to be large and it is going to involve mainly loca I stakeholders and only few representatives (3 per event) coming from other partners’ staff.

The creation of common rules and communication system guidelines is necessary considering the ambitious aims of the project and it is going to start from the beginning of the partnership. The coordinator has a long-term experience in EU activities and he’s going to buiId a tested and useful communication platform based on live and up-to-date communication system. The communication and management wili be held with the support of:

  • Transnational project meetings of partners;
  • Call conferences on Skype;
  • e-mails;
  • e-group, the main platform used for the continuous communication within partners;
  • Internet platform including a sector for blog and social network (Facebook, Linkedln, ).
  • Timetable and Work plan a tool already tested by the coordinator and that is shows all the activities to be carried out during the project lifecycle with a clear evidence of the task assignment and deadlines;
  • Internal agreement: a document to be signed during the 1st project meeting about the engagement in the project activities, responsibilities and communication rules;
  • OST methods;

The communication with other relevant stakeholders is possible thanks to an intensive dissemination and exploitation pian.

The communication about project activities will be possible thanks to newsletters, leaflets, Facebook page, blog posts and mailing list with clear evidence of the working progress of the project.

In order to disseminate the information, the project wili use ali the mentioned ITC tools and also written materiai such as newsletters, leaflets, printables,etc.

Also, the dissemination of information on an international level, over the partners’ organizations and ali along Europe, wili be conducted with the help of existing channels and European networks
